Beach Break

model-shot-beach Headed to the Hamptons for a Beach Break? Whether it’s to relax, soak in some sun, or to hit the scene – with over 20 villages and towns the Hamptons offer a wide range of beaches, each with a unique flavor. Here’s a list of our favorite top beaches in the Hamptons. Coopers Beach Southhampton A seven mile stretch of pristine sand makes this beach destination number one on our list. And we’re not alone – Cooper’s beach consistently shows up on lists of top beaches in the country for reason. The beach itself is hundreds of yards wide – allowing for ample space for so it never feels to crowded. Complete with beach chair and umbrella rentals, and numerous (delicious!) concession stands, you are set for a full day of fun in the sun. Main Beach East Hampton If there is one beach that epitomizes the Hamptons, this is it. Consistently ranked the best beach in the US, Main Beach is one not to be missed! Located not too far from East Hampton’s town, this beach is often crowded with a swanky dress-to-impress crowd. Our favorite beach scene in the Hamptons. Ditch Plains Montauk Surfs up! The farthest point in the Hamptons - this premier surf spot on Long island is known for its waves and attracts surfers and wanna-be surfers alike. Our favorite place to hang ten (or at least try!) Sagg Main Beach Sagaponack Right in the middle of the Hamptons, Sagg Main feels a bit more low-key than you might expect. With a great mix of families, vacationers, and celebrities, this popular beach is a great choice for a day of relaxing. Hungry? The nearby Sagaponack General Store, makes delicious sandwiches that are perfect for a picnic. Tip: Keep in mind that parking permits – which are coveted and pricey– are required at most beaches. Get there by walking or taking a cab instead.
